As I prepare to get back into the swing of things I know that to get where I want to go will take a lot of sacrifice. I am traveling a long winding road to a goal which will lead me in a better direction. Four weeks ago I ended the first obstacle of which I will have many more in the upcoming years.
Just like anything in life, if you want something you work hard towards it and when it's all done you see the fruit of your labor. I do want the best things in life and I don't plan on not achieving what I have set forth for myself. People are out there trying to derail your dreams and aspirations, instead of allowing it to take you off course, one should take that experience as motivation to try harder and prove all the doubters wrong.
What is the reality? The ones closest to you are the ones who will support you when you're not at your best and every situation no matter how big or small has the supporters and doubters. The only thing you can do in life is to continue to fight the fight. When people doubt you, your job is to prove them wrong, achieve your goal and continue to grow. If you stoop to the level of those who doubt you then they win.
Life isn't measured by the amount of money you have or the size of your house or what car you drive. If you can be comfortable with what you have then you're richer then you think you are.
